System automation control for water distribution and provided general treatment for water plant. I updated existing conceptual designs and engineering for Pump and Treatment Systems at the Silverbell Landfill Water Quality Assurance Revolving Fund. (WQHRF) The upgraded underground pump-and-treat system was increased from its original design of 200 gallons per minute to 400 and 600 gallons per minute.
